Our Dudley Nursery
Settling In
When a child starts Rhymes Nursery they will receive some settling in visits to attend for a few hours with you leaving for short periods and then returning. These sessions are designed to minimise any upset for you and your child, helping your child settle into the nursery routine and get to know our staff.

Nursery News
To keep you up to date with nursery news you will receive a monthly newsletter. Additional information is displayed within the nursery.
Meals & Refreshments
Rhymes Nursery will provide:
- Children who are attending 8.00am - 6.00pm with breakfast, lunch and tea.
- Children who are attending before 8.45am will receive breakfast
- Children who are attending after 5pm will receive tea
Menus will be changed weekly and displayed on the notice board. Any special dietary requirements should be discussed with the nursery manager. We endeavour to work with parents to provide a nutritionally balanced diet.
We cook our lunch on site using a four week rolling menu - displayed on our notice board.
All children will be provided with drinks (milk, squash, water) and light refreshments during their day at nursery. For children under one year old at nursery, we ask parents to provide their own food and formula milk until they are ready to take nursery meals and parents/carers have become aware of all allergies.
If you would prefer your child to bring a packed lunch and tea instead of eating nursery meals then please discuss this with the nursery manager. We regret that we cannot reheat food.
Staff will always be available to discuss any concerns you may have and we welcome parents visiting the nursery at any time during the day.
